The basic answer in no. Swing speed is only one of many factors that are considered when being fit for the correct driver head/shaft combo. Best advice is look for a Titleist Thursday event in you area and schedule a free fitting. It's absolutely the best way to get the correct head/shaft combo!!

Roll is dependent on all the pieces of equipment, from head to ball. Even different balls will descend at different angles. The steeper the angle, the less forward spin generated on landing. The full combination of head, head loft, shaft characteristics, and ball design will all impact launch, spin, and descent.

Seeing a fitter (preferably outdoors) will optimize a $500 purchase and not end up being a disappointment no better than your current go-to and can come with a couple of ball recommendations to match your swing and new equipment.
