When you are getting fit for a new driver which shot data do you use to make your final decision? Do you choose Shot Dispersion as your deciding factor...or do you go with Distance as the winner? Ultimately for me it comes down to having tight shot dispersion with quality smash factor that will give me the best fit. Cheers, Dr. K

Having tight shot dispersion with decent distance is the only way to go...I want to play out of the fairway, not the rough.

    No question... Shot dispersion.

Absolutely Shot Dispersion.......playing from the rough, thru the trees, over the pond, or from the fairway bunker is no fun!
  5. I agree, shot dispersion is the key for me. However, I would add a "but". If the distances are really, really different then I might consider distance as the key. If the distances are reasonably close then give me the fairway every time.
