  1. If a forged club has been ordered with a request to be stronger by 2 degrees, is the bounce reduced accordingly? I've not really got an issue with a stronger loft but would still like the club to have the correct bounce.

Every degree of loft change is equal to bounce change. Increase loft by one, increase bounce by one. Decrease loft by one, decrease bounce by one.
  3. Yes, when you get your clubs ordered with stronger lofts you reduce the bounce of the club - However with the T100S line they strengthened the loft by 2* but kept the original bounce design to the original T100. That might be your best bet.

The bounce changes with bending the loft. The alternative to bending the T100 is the T100S that is designed with stronger lofts but with standard bounce.
