  1. I keep hitting my 917 D2 with a 65 blue ltd s shaft low left, tried different adjustments but does not help.

The hosel adjustments are (only) to fine tune the flight. It will be well worth working with a pro on whatever swing correction will solve your problem.

I had the same problem (being LH it was low right) and my go-to coach suggested that I needed to keep my arms straight on my back swing until I approached horizontal. Knows me well - this was an email suggestion. It worked. The club face and path were both heading to the pull direction. You can also look up U-tubes on solving the dreaded duck hook.
  3. Added a 14 gram weight fade bias and up .75 fixed the problem

Might be the Indian and not the arrow. :) Point being, the adjustments will make very minor changes to flight and direction. Yes they will help a little for overall tendencies but will not correct a potential swing flaw that would be causing a strong hook or slice. Shaft flex and flex point will also be a factor but again, may not be the issue. Seek professional help to get a true assessment to the root cause. Good luck! I fight the same miss so I understand your frustration.
  5. I should of added I also have a 915 d2 that I dont have that problem with
  6. On the lighter side why does golf and seek professional help and keep popping up? lol
  7. Figured it out, I was taking it back a little to wide an lifting me up, narrowed the swing and smacked the *** out of it.

Dale is right; it's probably the golf swing not the setting. I too miss low and left. That said, the setting may help. I have both driver and fairway set .75 flat (old clubs-910 D3 and 910F) which helps.
