  1. I'm a senior, 9 handicap. Can work the ball but usually a slight draw. With my now slower swing speed I think I need to go to a kuro 55g r shaft, What are rhe advantages of the tsi2 vs tsi3. High spin is not an issue but want roll. I'm leaning to the TSI 3. I play ap2 irons. Thanks

The -2 is more forgiving and the -3 has a little less spin. The best combination of shaft, loft, and head to maximize your distance, dispersion, and work-ability is only at best a lottery ticket to do empirically. At $550 each, that's enough reason for me to get a professional fitting. Even the ball you use can change the characteristics. An AVX will roll further than a Pro-V1x. I use a Premier fitter and they use actual Pro-V/AVX balls for driver fittings.

I am a 9-12 handicap 62 year old with moderately slow swing speed and have a TS3. Hit the TSi3 and TSi2 in a few range opportunities. Was warned that the TSi3 was less forgiving on off-center hits and seemed to hold true. Will probably get fitted for a TSi2 or maybe even the TSi1 this time. I will hold off until I can schedule a proper fitting to ensure I get it right to include multiple shaft options. My advise is always be open minded and let the data tell you which way to go.

Kerry, I was fit into the TSi3 with a Kuro Kage black DC 55 regular shaft. I was swinging 94-96 mph on average being 52 y/o with back issues. I have a smooth transition, but still according to trackman was carrying it 240 with 270 total, I will take that any day along with the tighter dispersion. So, I was surprised with the regular shaft, but it felt good, and outperformed the tensei and Hzrdus RDX. That is why it’s best to get fit and have the professionals tell you what’s best, the results will prove it.

I love the look of the TSi3, the adjustability, etc. We also tried different balls, was using the pro V1x, now going to the pro v1, less spin by 400 rpms off the driver, straighter and have always liked the soft feel of the pro v1 off the wedges. Along with it’s a lower flight to flight the ball on punch shots, etc. and penetrates better in the wind. Anyway, good luck and enjoy the year, my TSi3 is on order!!
