I went down to TPI in Oceanside on March 22, 2021. I really enjoyed having Glenn work with me. I let him do his thing and the outcome is truly remarkable. I started playing in the early 90's and I regret not having this done sooner. Everyone should be fitted, whether it's your local shop or with the team at TPI, it really makes a difference.
I knew going into the fitting that my shafts were too heavy. I purchased some 718 AP2's a couple years ago and the shafts were completely wrong for me. In my personal opinion I think golfers do not consider the weight of the shaft and focus more on the flex. I won't go too much into that because everyone is different and instead of listening to my opinions, you should go see Glenn.
He is great at what he does and I plan on returning this summer/early fall, when the new irons come out. Go in with an open mind and I guarantee Glenn will give you the best advice. No matter what your handicap is, he will put together the best 14 clubs for your bag.
