Looking to replace shafts on the current set. This is a financial decision due to having to replace set would be $3,000. I went to test T300 irons and was told my swing speed with a 7 iron is now 75mph. (Ego took a hit! Used to be 90-95) I like my set which consists of 913D2 8.5 degree, 917F2 13.5 & 18 degree, 818H1 19 & 23 degree, AP2 712 irons 5-GW and SM7 56 degree. Standard loft and lie for all. Was hoping I could get help selecting shafts for all.

If you can find a golf/pro shop that can do fittings as well can reshaft clubs, they can work with you on softer and lighter shafts for the irons. Most of the TT shafts can be bought online for under $50 each. With new grips, the service charge will be $80-100 each. Not much of a savings over the approximate $125 of a T-300 but if you prefer the feel of the AP-2, then worthwhile. You can also send them out for re-shafting if there is no one within 30 miles of you. I've done business with Dallas Golf as an example.

Re-shafting the wedge is not worth it, IMHO. The weight and feel is more subjective than dynamic performance.

New shafts for woods are expensive compared to a new package. $250-300 for a new driver shaft over a used TS2 with an appropriate/equivalent shaft will be more than the entire used club. Buying new from a 3rd party will also include an aftermarket adapter. The 818H's will need to have the shaft adapter pulled from your current shafts to maintain the +/-1 degree loft changes. The aftermarket piece will be in 0.75 degree loft changes like the 913-917 hybrids.

Many of the major resellers of used clubs (2nd Swing, GlobalGolf, etc) have a 30 day trial. You can "rent" the club if you can find one close to what you expect. Or you can buy one, swap the shafts, and then resell it with your old shaft.

Or update/upgrade over the next 3 years. If you can find someplace to demo a new driver and/or fairway, you'll find if the current pieces are hurting your game.
