    I want a mid-high launch and mid-spin, I hit my 7-iron about 170-175. What flex and shaft should I go with.

    There are many other factors at play when deciding on a shaft. Club head speed and distance is part of it, but it depends on your tempo and feel preferences too. Always best to work with a trained fitter to get you in the right shaft. Choosing the wrong one can be an expensive experiment, especially in a full set of irons.
