Your closest advanced fitting center with outdoor flight looks to be RIDEAU VIEW GOLF CLUB.

If you're up for a drive, the national fitting center is only about 4 hours away (half hour north of DT Toronto)

I was fit at the Titleist National Fitting Center (As mentioned by Alex E) and it was a great experience.

Living just outside the GTA I have been fit a few different locations over the years and Titleist Center and Tour Experience Golf (TXG) have provided the best service based on my experience. Check out TXG's youtube channel. Ian Frasier and the guys do a great job.

If you were coming from the Ottawa area maybe consider a overnight trip and get fit one day at Titleist and the next at TXG or visa versa.

The last fitting I did in mid 2022 I went to both Titleist Center and TXG. A minor tweak from fitter to fitter but I was able to decide what I liked best and it helped me feel reassured in my fitting as in the end I was basically fit to the exact same specs.
