Does anybody know whats up with these refurbished balls that walmart is selling? There not the used ones that sell for 20 bucks, there refurbished by some company in n.carolina and sell for 26 bucks.

I have seen them but, I have never tried them. I don't buy them because I don't think they are legal to play in a tournament. You could use them for a practice round but, Not in a real round. At least thats what I was told. I could be wrong so, If anyone else has any info please let me know. Thanks !
  3. I have used them the finish is dull and some have scrathes, they work great on water holes.

You can use them in tournaments as long as they don't say x-out.

You can use them if they say "PRACTICE". I would not use them because you don't know the history of the ball.

They can wash them in a solution of water and bleach and make them look like new even if they have been in the sun for a year or at the bottom of a pond. If you wanted to fill a shag bag for chipping that would be the only reason to buy them.

If you want a good deal get the ones marked "PRACTICE" they are perfect balls and are tourney legal.

I was kinda wanting some feedback from someone at Titleist. I mean are these real pro v's just repainted or some generic ball with Titleist painted on them?

They are real Titleist ProV1 golf balls. It would cost to much to repaint and print "Titleist" on other golf balls.

Have you seen these balls? They look brand new,but if you look close the word Titleist and the number are just a little off as for the size of the print and the red numbers on the x. You can tell these are not the original print.
  8. They could be some refurbs, BUT, I believe that a company CAN'T sell new Pro V1's unless there's a certified class A P.G.A. Pro on staff.
