Loyalty Rewarded Promotion

    I placed an order through Dick's Sporting Goods for the "Loyalty Rewarded" - by 3 get one free - promotion with free customization. However, there was no where to request all the same numbers on my golf balls. I would like all number 1 golf balls. I called Dick's customer service, and they were unable to help. So, I called Titleist, and the rep said they could not take orders direct from customers. I am not placing an order, I just want to modify one already placed. HELP! There must be someone that knows how to add "All #1" to my order through Dick's.

  3. Next time consider this.... go to your favorite local golf pro shop that has a titleist account and work through them....they will easily work with you.  JAT

    I have the order number, which is #8309674878. If that is not what you need, let me know and I will try to get a PM from Dick's.

    Next time I will go through my local pro shop. I used Dick's to get the ScoreCard reward points, but the hassle may not be worth saving an extra $10.
