I was doing some housecleaning and found a box with nothing sports related but it had a sleeve of Titleist balls in a red box with gold letters. Possibly more than 20 years old. The mystery is they have a logo but at the time the logo was relevant I did not play golf. Any idea of when these were produced? I'll guess the 384 is the number of dimples, it looks like the compression is 90 but I don't know if that is a rock or soft. I'll also guess it may feel different since it mentions being wound. They have a "new lithium surlyn cut proof cover". Do old balls ever have collector status?
...Wonder if the guarantee is still valid if the cover of one of these every is cut, Titleist will replace it with 3 more?
