This past summer the company I work for instituted a Summer Golf League.  Throughout the summer everyone played for points to qualify for the bracketed tournament at the end of the summer.  Well, to make a long story short I made it through to the Championship match.

Now, here is where I'm grateful for the PRO V1.  The golf course we would play has notoriously fast greens so feel is a must.  I went out and made a nice 6 footer on the first hole to make birdie and I didn't look back.  The guys I played with just couldn't get the speed of the greens in check and probably 3 putted several times.  Now, I'm not saying I didn't have my share of 3 puts, but I had fewer than they did and ultimately won.

The other win, I used the same ball the whole 18, no penalty strokes, and no lost balls.  I can't say I do that very often but that was the difference in me winning on that day.
