Bubba, Just wanted to say that it's great that Titleist is getting these prototype balls out to users early in the year. When they were sent out to Team Titleist members in the fall in '12 and the new balls were rolled out very shortly afterward, it felt good to get a couple balls early, but I wasn't sure that the feedback was going to have any effect and may well have forgotten to send my feedback in had I not set myself a reminder. This way, people can shake off the winter rust for a couple rounds, then play with these balls, and hopefully the feedback will be very helpful. I'm sure you're already getting great feedback from Tour players. Thanks.

Thanks for the question. All Team Titleist members are considered when we have opportunities like the recent test panel. We do our best to include as many Team Titleist members as possible but as you can imagine, we can't include everyone in every test panel.

However, we are planning on more opportunities like this in the future for Team Titleist members along with exclusive sweepstakes and other special giveaways... so stay tuned.  

As for the selection process, it varies depending on the opportunity but most are random selections. Also, the more you participate and the more engaged you are with Team Titleist, from posting in the discussions and adding blog comments to completing your profile, the better your chances are at potentially opening the doors to these Team Titleist rewards.

Bubba, I have received balls from Titleist 2 out of the last 4 years and I am waiting patiently for my next opportunity when ever that might be. Just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for what I have received.

I received the last round of Pro V1 test balls, played several rounds with them, and provided extensive feedback on the survey.  Last time they were mailed during the late fall, and ne of my comments was that I would have liked to have received them during prime golfing weather when my swing was back in groove.  So I'm excited that these are getting mailed out in the spring.
