    Happy New Year everyone!

I have a question: I've had a recent issue with my right hand and have lost some swing speed -- more than I'd like to admit - anyway I can't seem to compress the ProV1 and am wondering which other Titleist ball I should try? I would normally buy a sleeve of each and test them on the course, but I can't find a retailer near my home that sells sleeves any longer.

    Your guidance is much appreciated.

    Dale,

It's to bad that you can't get a sleeve at the golf stores close to you.  Have you looked at the courses you play at (I can't remember ever playing at a course that didn't sell sleeves in the pro shop).  Two balls you might want to try are the NXT Tour S and the new DT TruSoft.  I haven't played it, but based on the reviews I've seen here on TT the TruSoft sounds like a very good all-around ball.  I have tried the NXT Tour S in the past and it's a very good ball....flies high with fair spin into the greens and feels great when putting. If you can't buy a sleeve of each, then you might want try the TruSoft first since it's offered at a lower price point.

I really like the feel of the NXT Tour S ball, Prov1's are excellent golf balls, but may NXT Tour S might feel better for a lower swing speed. I'm 20 years old an would like to think I've got a pretty quick swing speed. The one place I notice a difference between Prov1's & NXT Tour S is driving off the tee box. Prov1's carry 20 or so yards further.
If swing speed isn't a factor, I'd go with NXT Tour's or TruSofts.

    Good luck!
