    Found this ball in the rough on a local course this past week. Hadn't seen a ball with the "+" marking before so I thought I'd ask TT.

    Not positive but I saw Dick's sporting goods awhile back sold X outs for cheap and some had + or a Dot on them instead of the tradional old school X out print.

    Also read in GolfWRX about the + Pro v1 being a Tour Only model as well. It's like that years current Pro V1/V1X model but either spins more/less depending on the symbol.

    From what I've seen the "+" are tour only and not available to the public or for sale.

    it is a ball juiced up more than a regular pro v1x pros play with them

    They make the prov1+ and prov1x+ both are tour issue only. I believe the only difference is the Dept of the dimples. They have a different trajectory than the regular models they are tour issue only.. so if you find one play it and see what you think.. I had one for 1 round. Could see a noticeable difference. Maybe slightly lower flight.

    Thanks for the input folks. I can attest to the fact that the ball really seemed to carry. Too bad I dropped it in a pond with a poorly struck 9 iron!
