Titleist won't be providing feedback, other than take your feedback (should have gotten an email). If you got a ball labeled TEST in the September-November time frame, the high probability is it corresponded to your profile if you listed Velocity or NXT (replaced by Tour Soft). The TEST balls likely made it to market, so you can compare side markings, number color, and dimples to the new balls.
If they had symbols, you can't even guess nor have the expectation that it will make it to the next release.
