I played the last 2 days with the red number test ball in 60 degrees, clear and windy weather with low humidity on my home course. Shot 70 both days with 6 birdies in each round. The greens are perfect, they have been cut and rolled and are probably running around 12 so the ball just needs to get started on line and it goes in. The course is dormant now so the fairways are tight and little or no rough in most places. I hit the ball well off the tee with driver, 3 metal, hybrid and irons. The greens I missed I usually got up and down for par but there were 4 bogeys in each round because I did not covert for par but usually because of a tight lie or a muddy lie from low lying areas around the greens. The ball did better than expected and I think even better than the black number test ball especially putting, I felt like I couldn't miss a putt and I left at least 4 other make able birdies out there in both rounds. the ball was long off the tee, solid off the irons, reacted perfect off the wedges and putted unbelievable. I'm going back out this afternoon and it's warmer with little or no winds today so we'll probably play it back and see how the ball does from there. I'll keep you posted.

Wow...that's awesome! I'm from Fort Collin, CO, but will be driving down to Scottsdale to play in a couple weeks. I plan on buying the new AP2 irons next week after I sell my DCI's. Thanks for your post! I can't wait to try them.
