I love to play Titleist balls, but because of economical reasons cannot play Pro V1's or Pro V1x's. I have to choose between DT Carry, DT Roll, and DT Solo. Any advice?

OK, well this might arrouse some feathers but hear you go.

I put with ProV1x golf balls because of the feel, roll and accuracy on the green. I play with the DT-Carry because it fit my swing speed (95-105) which give me great distance and accuracy.

    Just my two swings, sp-

The DT-Carry has unique 252 dimple count, which I find, gives better distance than the Solo at 392 Dimples.

Solo is a good ball,  I think, the compression is about 80-85, so it squishes well when

you hit it right.  Affordable and a great ball to play in all weather conditions.  That's my 2 cents.

You could also try the NXT's.  I know I've used the DT Solo's before and had success with them.  Get a sleeve of each and play 6 holes with each and you should have a good idea of which one you want to use the next round you play.  Good luck.

You can obtain Pro v1 golf balls if you buy the PRACTICE Prov's.  The only difference between the full price $45.00 and the Practice $29.00, is the practice ones have a blemish.  Additionally, the practice box might be mixed with prov1's and x's.

Also, with the new prov coming out soon, you can expect the 2009's to be put on sale.
