Hi all, I am curious to find out what my actual hip and shoulder rotation is and have only just started learning about xfactor etc, what is the best way to measure my angles without forking out big dollars for an assessment at tpi etc?

Would attaching two sticks across my body, 1 arcross my shoulder blades and one at my hips and measure those angles at my backswing do the trick? I'm about to start a golf fitness/flexibility program and would like to check my measurements before I begin.

Any help or links would be great

Check out the Titleist Performance institute website at www.mytpi.com and look for a trainer that is TPI certified so that you can work with someone that understands the relationship between golf fitness and your swing.  They can do an assessment on you and at least get you started in the right direction with exercises, etc.  I'd also make sure the trainer is a golfer so they understand what you are talking about. Even better, find a golf pro that works with a TPI certified trainer - that way they work together for you.
