I am curious to find out what my actual hip and shoulder rotation is and have only just started learning about xfactor etc, what is the best way to measure my angles without forking out big dollars for an assessment at tpi etc?
Would attaching two sticks across my body, 1 arcross my shoulder blades and one at my hips and measure those angles at my backswing do the trick?
I'm about to start a golf fitness/flexibility program and would like to check my measurements before I begin.
Any help or links would be great
