Gave myself a present of a TPI evaluation at the WI Titleist Premier site. It was a 2 hour evaluation. Includes checking flexibility, strength, speed and finally k-vest with foot pressure. At the end, the weaknesses in flexibility and rotation in conjunction with swing faults are tied together. What is nice is knowing what parts of the swing are a result of where my body is today. It explained a lot of my issues.
The end result is a 45 minute workout plan with TPI drills to focus on the areas of weakness. Not much else to do up here in the frozen tundra. Will check my TPI score in time for the International to see if the program can help the post-70 age group. Not that I’m typical.
