It seems that if the ball is laying on a wet soggy fairway, that I have much less chance of hitting a clean crisp shot. I would say around 50% of the time, the ground would just absorb the club head and it would dig and my ball would only go 3 feet instead of 30. I know that the wedge would normally bounce off of the ground and transfer that energy to the ball instead of the ground. So is there any way I could increase my chances of hitting a clean shot off of this lye by setting up differently or something? Thanks for your input!!
