Playing my home course on a hot, humid day where fluids and Powerade were like gold. Approached the 12th tee with a so-so round going. This is a short par 3 and today the pin was right up front just daring you to come after it. Took out my pitching wedge, put a nice 3/4 swing on it and in the air it was looking pretty good. Ball took a couple of small hops and down it went! Got hugs and high fives from my playing partners along with a pic and a video walking up to the hole and pulling the ball out of the cup. Pretty good stuff!! Amazingly one of my playing partners went on to birdie the hole and the other two both made par. Total of nine shots for all us us. Kinda cool!
