I am a 14 year year old junior golfer from Texas. I am a freshman in high school and am preparing for my first varsity tournament. My dad and I went and played a practice round on Sept 2, 2023. We were on the 11th hole. 165 yard par 3. I used my new t100 5 iron. The flag was tucked in the back left of the green and my dad told me to play safe and hit to the center of the green because there was tree trouble on the left, blocking the flag. I hit my normal draw around the trees and we saw it bounce toward the flag. There was a ridge on the green and we could not see the bottom of the flag. As we walked up to the green, we did not see my ball. I told my dad that I was going to check the cup. He laughed and said "I think it went over the green." I looked in the hole and could not believe my eyes. My dad thought I was joking, but I got really excited and he came over to check for himself. We both started going crazy. Running around and screaming. It was a great experience and I hope I am lucky enough to have it happen again in the future. Delaney Anderson - 14 - Carrollton, Texas
