I was playing Great Gorge Golf Course with my league buddies Ernie and Scott. I had my new T200 irons for about 3 weeks, so I wasn't expecting much out of my game. These irons are about a club longer than my old set of burners and was just trying to dial in my yardages. My round was sort of ho-hum until the 6th hole on Quarry side back nine (27-hole course). This is a 126-yard par 3 over a lake. The water makes it a little intimidating and the ball usually doesn't carry well over the water. As soon as I hit my pitching wedge, I knew I hit a great shot. Scott immediately said that was a great swing and the ball flew high in the air and pitched about 18" behind the flag and spun back. We were stunned at first thinking it might have just settled behind the flag. As we drove up a didn't see it on the green, I started getting butterflies in my stomach. Sure enough it was in the cup. Hooting and hollering ensued. Thank you Titelist!
