Six buddies and myself decided to play a course we don’t play often, in fact, this was the first time there this year… Standing on hole 17 at Butterfield Trail, the tee box is elevated looking down onto the green. It’s a beautiful hole! Our first group just left the green, placing a mark on the green for our greenie game, I got up hit a perfect draw landed 6 feet from the pin, the ball bounce once towards the hole and rolled perfectly in the right direction, ten disappeared…. I couldn’t believe what I thought I saw… we got out the rangefinders and looked, no ball… We got to the green, and there it was, confirmed with 6 witnesses!!! My first Ace!
