While waiting on the par 3, 11th tee last Wednesday during our Men's Association game the subject of "hole in one's" came up. Two of the guys had at least one and two of us hadn't. I joked that with my luck I'd finally get one in the busiest tournament of the year...Three days later I had my ace on the uphill hole #2 (162 yard 7 iron) in the Member/Member tournament, our biggest tournament of the year. (About 200 players). It cost me a little $$...but worth it!! The most satisfying thing is it was flushed and hit about 2 yards past and left of the hole and spun back and died in the hole.
