    Ben Martin wins the Shriners with an Eagle on 16 and then finished with a birdie on 18 to secure the win in flying colors. What is even more interesting were the number of Titleist players in the top 10. Says a lot about the equipment that is being used on the tour.

    Ben has been trending upwards since last season , JR barely edged him in D.C. last year and he had a few top 20's as well .

    He will get to play his first Masters now and yesterday will not be his last win in my opinion. A very solid player.

    I am happy for Ben.

    Being a fellow Clemson University Alumni, I follow what all the golfer that played there do.  He has by far been the biggest surprise to me.

    But then again, he had a work ethic and an attitude that cannot compare.  

    Cannot be happier for a great person.

    This is Ben's second Masters.  He played when he was an amateur for a tournament that he won during the summer.  Did not make the cut, but then again his game is much better now.
