Congrats Mr. McIlroy on a superb performance at this years U.S. Open. Your play earned you your first Major. You went in with a great mental state and a game that put you on top of the leaderboard. I thought that it was very special that his father was right there waiting on him to putt out, then, Mr. McDowell waiting, Mr. Westwood waiting/watching...all sorts of players came back to watch you win.

There were others who played very well. I think that this was one of the best U.S. Opens that I've seen in a long time.
