    " Are these shafts longer than standard if so would cutting a inch off compromise performance the 50gramer has caught my eye cheers,

    Hi Billy,

    The Bassara shafts are standard length (45") as stock items. If you order a custom fitted club and your fitter recommends a shorter shaft, then we would adjust the swing weight during the build to ensure the same feel.

    Hi recently went from bassra 50 gram reg shaft to bassra 50 gram stiff shaft.all of a sudden at least one topped drive per round has appeared could the stiffer shaft be a cause of problem.Never did this whith reg shaft thanks billy.
