  1. I have today purchased a 910 D2 Driver from a high street store. It came with a 910 performance guide but no instruction manual.

In seeking to adjust the shaft, a small rubber and metal washer fell out of the head - can you advise how the order they should go back?

Also, when selecting a setting (A1, B2 etc)  I know we line up the B and the 2, but what do we line them up with? The white dot on the clubhead?

Is there an instruction manual on line that I can access?

    Hi Anthony,

The Performance Guide and Instruction manual is one in the same thing - but to make sure you have the correct document, I have emailed a copy to you this morning.

If this is a new driver, my first inclination would be to return the club to your retailer. However, the process is relatively straight forward and as follows:

    1. To replace the screw, drop the rubber washer (make sure it is not twisted inside out) inside the hosel, i.e. as you would look down on the head at address
    2. Then, offer the screw with recessed part of washer against the head of the screw up through the head
    3. Looking down through the hosel, match up the rubber washer over the tip of the screw
    4. Use a tool (an empty bic pen works well) and push the rubber washer over the thread of the screw and retain the screw in the head

As I mentioned, if you are not confident in doing this, please return the driver to your retailer.

When you have selected a setting, you are correct that the required letter and number should be aligned to the silver / white dot on the clubhead.

    Best regards
