    HI

     Recently purchased a Scotty Cameron California Hollywood,  I noticed thete was a serial number etched on the shaft,what is this number for ?

    Can I call somewhere to clarify if the club is genuine.

    Hi Wayne,

    Scotty puts his serial numbers on the shaft just below the grip.  If you bought it from an authorised Titleist stockist, and it shows up in our database, we could tell you that it is more than likely authentic - but this would not be a 100% authentication because we cannot see the putter. If you bought it from a third party, there is no way for us to authenticate. To check if the serial number is in our database, please email clubsupport@titleist.com.
