whats the right weight should have in my 913 D2 driver

    I have a 913 D2 driver with a RIP Phenom 60 regular shaft I think its 62 grams 9.5 degrees,the shaft was ordered 1 inch shorter than standard because of my height,it has a standard 9g bezel weight which I believe it should have either a 11g or 14g weight,and why was it been made by use the person making it never changed the weight in it at the time, the club dose not work anything like it did during the fitting. thanks kenny
