My 913F Broke today

    I bought a 913F brand new from American Golf in Clydebank, Glasgow in march 2013. I have moved to Dubai since then. When playing this afternoon the head snapped off from the shaft - it's still hanging onto the shaft barely. I am returning to Scotland on 20th December until 29th December. 

    What is the procedure for getting this repaired or replaced as it's still under guarantee. Will american golf just swap it for another or will they need to send it to you? Do this give me enough time to get it back. If not will you send it to a local dealer in Dubai etc?

    I'm sure it'll be fine to hand it into American Golf in Clydebank and advise them of what happened. We will be able to send the repaired club back to you by sending it to our distributor in Dubai along with their deliveries.

    If you can provide a contact telephone number and enclose a note to advise if you wish us to send the repaired club to Dubai that would be great.
