I must admit that although the balls were sent in my name I am a fair weather golfer. 

My husband and I putting indoors on the synthetic green but he has played a round today... He will tell you the rest.

I was excited to play the balls today - I found they didn't spin as much as the ProV's but considering it is winter Ive found the perfect ball.  

I lost a bit of distance today but it may have been that it was about 5* and still frosty. I found them soft - which is obviously due to noise - so I guess you could say they were not clicky. 

The flight was good - lower than usual but actually what I am after - a bit more penetration. The reduction in spin also seemed to keep me on the short grass today. They were consistent on the greens and no real surprises. 

If it was gamed I would accept the reduction in spin of the tee but would like more spin around the greens. The winter rain and damp made it very playable but when it dries out I may find it tough to stop. We will have to see. 

Durability was very good - I played 9 holes with the red numbers and 9 with the blacks and slight wear was visible after a few solid wedges through the first few holes. Nothing that affected play though. 

Overall I was very happy with them - perfect for me in winter when the course is wet. Overall, a very nice day and -1 on the scorecard. (Lift, clean and place in place and shortened course - approx 5750 yards)
