i found a test ball and loved it think it was a pro v1x

    I found a titleist golf ball 3 week ago in rough,To my shock it did not have a pro v1x on it, It said test, looked exactly like a pro v1x with larger dimples, Played 7 rounds with it loved it so much stopped dead on green with lots of back spin, putting with it was a dream and the feel with it off my 714 ap2 was perfect. The durability with it was so good it was almost like new after 7 rounds. The love story with this ball ended up me losing it, was so sad to see it go :( almost cried. I loved the fact that it was different and nobody else had one on my course... Any way think im going to be a pro v1x user now.  If that what it was

    I was lent (not given) a "test" ball which my playing partner had received from Titleist. It was excellent - somehow my shots seemed to have a better flight, went straighter and a little further than the usual Titleist Nxt Tour S I use. I had to give it back so I do hope Titleist are going to go into production with this ball - and soon. Or else they could send me a few more to try out.
