Hi

I am new to Team Titleist and am looking for advice if any one out there can help, the shaft on my 910 D3 Aldila rip 2,9 tip has broken approximately 2-3 inches above the hosel it has not frayed I just hit a ball on my course which sounded strange as soon as I hit the ball and the head just fell off as soon as I finished my swing it is a clean break with no signs of fraying the club is only 18 months old I am from the UK but live and work in Spain I contacted the company I purchased the club from Clubhouse Golf Direct a reputable company in the UK who contacted Titleist who told them that they would not replace the shaft as the guarantee is only for one year,i have checked out other websites which have blogs on suggesting that all the new Aldila shafts have a lifetime guarantee,i would appreciate guys any help or advice on which is the way forward here
