can someone at titleist please help me here, i play pro v1x and on a 75 yard shot ino the green i can get ball to spin back about 5ft on a clean strike. 

with the same shot i can get a pro v1 to drop and stop but not spin back. 

i thought this was in my head so i went to practice holes and tried this out a number of times. and it was not in my head the v1x spins back for me why is this?
