Who uses what golf ball and why? Im trying to decide which i prefer or which suits me better. My swing speed with the driver is around 110 and ball speed is around 150+

I use the pro v1 because for me it stops better on the green i dont think your swing speed matters with which ball u use but both are really good balls

I tend to game the ProV1 as i feel us amateur golfers need all the help we can get when it comes to receptiveness. I have gamed the X model too recently but i feel as if the regular ProV has that little bit more to offer. X will definitely travel further if your ball speed is upwards of 145-150. Both great balls however and whichever you choose you will inevitably see the benefits!

Hi! I recently switched over from the Pro V1 to the Pro V1x. I am a high spin player and found the Pro V1 to be a little to spinny into the wind, I changed to the Pro V1x as i found it held up in the wind a lot better and didnt go off line as much. From around the greens i prefer the solid more dead feel that comes from the Pro V1x as i dont tend to play the ball high around about the greens. I made a valuable change to the Pro V1x but i have found past success with the Pro V1. I would recommend the Pro V1x to higher ball flights and for people who struggle with overspin into the wind.

Use the Pro V1x slightly firmer feel off the face. Swing speed 109, ball speed 156. I produce about 700rpm less spin than with a pro v1.

Hi AntCatt, my stat's are very similar, swing speed around 112mph, ball speed around 165mph and i game the ProV1x as i spin it too much. This came out of my last trackman fitting at a Titleist demo day. Looking forward to trying the 915 d2/d3 this week to see how that works out for me.

I'm a V1 kinda guy....though I haven't hit an X in a long time. It's the added responsiveness on the greens that set it apart from anything else in the Titleist range

I suggest that you pick the ball you chip and putt best with and work back.
If it works for your irons and fairway wood without too much compromise then adjust your driver to optimize to that ball.
I have a slower swing speed and hence ball speed so for me V1 and V1x perform within a few yards of each other distance wise and it is all about feel at the green end.
