You can change the lie angle without delofting the club but changing the lie angle cannot be done independently of face angle, so you will make it more draw or fade bias depending on whether you make it more flat or upright.

The best thing you can do is go and get fitted by your local authorised Titleist account so they can advise the best set up for you.
