    Yes they do.
    I got mine from clubhouse golf. About £18

    Yes, approx. £18. Its a "Waffle" like material. Dark/Navy Blue I think

    I went to order from golf support shown as being in stock and they received an email saying it will be mid march. To be fair only when i read the small print did it say not all items will be in stock but i still dont have one .
