    Any other TT member using the TPI improve my game videos?

    Lots of great content for fitness and practice routines.

    Hi Stuart! I've trained with a TPI Level 3 Fitness trainer in the past and after a two year absence, I am back now with another TPI certified Fitness trainer. Just starting another phase of training on strengthening my core and improving my flexibility.

    Great program ... it has helped me improve my game and consistency regarding my ball striking! What do like about it Stuart? Any favourite exercises?

  4. Hi Stuart, I checked the fitness side out quite a lot, as I have always struggled to turn through fully to my left side - it appears that I have a weak left hip and the videos on YouTube have some good exercises (not that I am doing them regularly!)

    I really like the gym ball work for core and back, I have had a few problems over the years from work related injuries to my back and so far so good, I've even lost a few pounds and the 6 pack looking good for the summer.

    Been doing this now for past 10 weeks or so and have dropped 9lbs in weight. Great content
