AVX release in UK

    Anyone know when the AVX ball is going to be released in the uk?

    From reviews in the US it seems to be a good high end alternative to the pro v1 for lower ball flight which is exactly what I am looking for

    I was tempted to get a sleeve imported to try on a track man but if they are out in the UK soon I'll just wait.

    I think I read on one of the Titleist emails about the release of this ball claimed it was scheduled for release in Europe in early July.

    I'm keen to give them a try and see how they compare to the Pro V1. Reviews are claiming between 10 and 15 yards longer, soft feel and spin for stopping on the green.
    Can't see too many negatives there.

    Would be interested to know if the AVX has been picked up by any of the Titleist ball players on the tour and read some feedback from them.

    As far as I'm aware, I believe we're looking at a July release. I can't find a specific date.

    I had a Titleist Thursday fitting last night and asked the lady who was trying to help me and she advised that as far as she knew the release date was scheduled for the 2nd July.

    As a side note the biggest surprise of the evening was seeing Bob Vokey there as a surprise guest fitter!!

    Check out Anthony T's feedback on the other thread comparing the AVX to the Pro V - I REALLY want to play the AVX now!
