Was it damaged in transit from Titleist or from a secondary seller?

I think due to the limited nature of the putter its very unlikely you will get a replacement. Your best hope is to find someone who is planning on using the putter but selling the 'parts' ( grip, shaft, cover) in order to set it up how they like it and recoup some of the cost.

Send it back.

I'm sure I read on facebook that Craig got this from a retailer and sold it to someone, it was between Craig and the buyer when it got damaged in transit.

Thanks for your comment but I believe the damage occurred before that as there were zero signs on the box of damage and I simply didn't notice it when received from the retailer. Anyway, the fantastic company that Titleist are I have sent back the damaged one and a replacement has been sourced

Check with the sender as they should have insured it for postage. I've recently sold and shipped clubs (Parcelforce standard is £100) so he could claim against the carrier for the puncture...
