    I get a development-Na.titleist.co.uk thing popping up and it doesn’t recognise my log in details in the uk setting but I can log in if I say I’m from USA ? Any ideas. I’m using an iPad if that matters........

    I kept getting this using Safari, so I’m now using Chrome and it seems to be ok

    I had that on my iPhone 2 weeks ago, I had to log in via the .com site. Was back to normal after a couple of days. No idea what it was about.

    I’ve had the same problem the last couple of days.
    The same thing happened last month for a day or two, I thought Titleist had this issue fixed, but I guess not.
    Fingers crossed it back to normal soon.

    Same issue for me using Safari on Mac and iPhone. Chrome is working fine though.

  9. Tend to use the MacBook as it's easier to type, but I've not had any issues - I'm using Safari...

    I get the same every time I log in and when I put username/ password in it just says wrong username/password.
    I've even changed my password but still nothing. This happens on my phone, tablet and laptop either with Safari or chrome its drivin me nuts.

    Just happened to me on Windows Edge... Happened before so hopefully will get sorted soon...

    I know Windows has this, but is there a country location setting in MacOS that presets some display and updates? Am thinking that maybe you have it set to United States (thus your device thinks you are in the USA and will automatically go to the .com instead of the .uk)?
  13. I've passed this on to our team to have a look into. Will let you know once I've heard.
  14. There was an error with the programme regarding the login accessibility for the UK which has now been resolved. You shouldn't have any issues going forward.

    If you experience this again please let me know and I will have the team investigate further.
  15. I obviously spoke too soon - I got this gremlin yesterday.
    Happily, back on-line today.
