Ok this is the fourth attempt at having this posted on the forum. So I will start by saying my new T200 irons have finally arrived, order placed 4th September and received Sunday 6th October. The golf company I placed my order with stated that the email they sent went into Titleist spam folder and the delay lies with them. So a technical glitch caused my delivery to be delayed but still I am not happy because only part of this order has not arrived after this delayed timescale.
I also ordered a new 33 inch Scotty putter when I placed my T200 irons order but what had happened to this item is anyone’s guess as the shop again have clearly told me when I picked sup my irons that they placed the order for the putter at the same time and have emails to prove this.
I will be replacing my hybrid 818 with either a 510 or a TS model with in the next weeks or so and I am not sure if I should use this shop again since I have bought Titleist equipment every year since 710 and 910 series was launched, that’s 5 drivers and matching fairways, 5 sets of irons, 5 hybrids, Vokey wedges every new launch and numerous bags. Never had an issue before now so could Luke give me some indication if the problem is I fact the shop. I know this is long winded and most likely won’t make it onto the forum but even a quick personal email would help.
On a positive note, these irons are brilliant.
