T400 /300/200

    I really loved the idea of getting fitted for some T200/300 when finances allow, now the T400 are coming out soon what are the real advantages of the 400 over the 300? 18 hcp regular shaft and moderate swing speed of 72 mph with a 7 iron.

    Jonathon,

    The T400 are really a super game improvement iron (I do hate some of the terms used in the industry) to help those who need help getting the ball airborne and need some more distance. As an 18 hcp and hopefully looking to lower it the T300 and T200 would be more suited unless you need the assistance.

    Don't forget the PW in T400 is 38 degrees which is 8 iron in other sets and that means less spin.

    If you're thinking of a change of irons I'm sure you'll do the right thing and get a fitting with an approved Titleist fitter or at a Titleist Thursday.

    I agree with Ant, arrange a Titleist Thursday Jonathon, I can assure you you wont regret it.

    I’m certainly looking to lower my handicap once the government allow!
    I won’t be getting a set without being fitted, that’s for sure.
