Shipping custom orders

    Are Titleist still working and shipping custom orders or are they shut down at the moment? if they are open what are current lead times like?

    I heard they opened up with a small skeleton crew on Monday

    That would be good news. I haven't heard anything about my custom order from February which was due for delivery before lockdown, hopefully things begin to pick up.

    I’ve had an email from Scottsdale golf that they’ve opened up now but with a skeleton crew. Orders should be delivered between 2-3 weeks if ordered in March, longer for April & May.
    A Specific date would be fantastic but I guess it’s hard for them to estimate as they’ll have a few back orders to fulfil.

    I also had the same email, I’m awaiting my SM8 custom order from Scottsdale ordered on 22nd March 2020.

    @Patrick E - Have you received your SM8's from Scottsdale as yet? I ordered mine on 13th March from Scottsdale and was told on 13th May it would be 2 weeks. Still nothing as yet?

    Thanks for the info. I have my wedge fitting tomorrow, so sounds like I wont be getting them anytime soon haha. Understandable though. I had a fitting booked for end of March but got cancelled, gutted now otherwise I would have had them sooner. I would imagine I will get them in July some time if things stay as they are. Perhaps more staff will return in the meantime though
