Delivery of custom clubs

    I am waiting on a custom set from may 6th . Ts2 driver wood hybrid and t200s custom. From the uk and ordered start of may. If you reopened 18th may, Is there a time frame estimation for production/delivery to the uk. I stupidly sold my current clubs and wondering if it’s worth buying a back up/ lending some clubs to play in my club comps if it is going to be a while? Thanks.

    Hi Jake
    I hate to disappoint you but I was custom fitted and ordered a full set of T400 irons last February + a new Vokey SM 8 wedge + a new Scotty and still I have not received any of the clubs. I have my fingers and toes crossed that they will arrive within the next 10 days BUT it is so frustrating that Titleist don't provide regular updates.

    I am aware that other Brands have already cleared all back custom orders last week !!!!

    Whilst I completely understand the delays, it would be great to just have an update on orders with an eta of when they will arrive. I have some irons and wedges I am waiting for but I have no idea when they will arrive.

    I also ordered 4 dozen balls 4 weeks ago tomorrow, not even customised, just standard balls, and the retailer keeps getting told by titleist that they will be there in the next couple of days but nearly 4 weeks have passed now. Surely just sticking 4 dozen balls in a jiffy bag and sending them to the retailer cant take that long?
