    Hi all

    Well tried out a sleeve of the New AVX yesterday at Hanbury Manor as there was a chance to buy a sleeve from the pro shop.

    Great feeling ball, and seemed to definitely fly lower off the tee. Felt very soft around the green and when putting.

    Overall thought it was a great ball and many improvements from the last model.

    Could not judge how it rolled or reacted on the fairway and greens as it was abnormal conditions, VERY WET.

    Defo would say give it a try.

    I also tried the AVX at the weekend.

    The flight was lower than the Pro V1X that I have been using for the last couple of years, but the feel was great and it seem to fly straight even though i wasnt having the best of days and I didnt lose any which was a bonus.

    Not sure I would use in the Summer months but definitely would use throughout the winter, especially the yellow ball. It really does show up.
